Leanne Abela and Benita Crocker, Solicitors were fortunate enough to attend the event conducted by Hume City Council “Women in Business Luncheon” with guest speaker former Nike Inc Vice President, Lisa MacCallum.
In this transformational leadership session Lisa introduced the new C.E.O.s deciding the fate of businesses namely C – for customers, E – for employees and O – for outsiders. Lisa demonstrated what it takes for a company to emerge with resilience, agility and distinction in a time when traditional answers no longer work. Her practical guidance filled with colourful examples from around the world effectively lit the path forward in the most clarifying, uplifting and motivating way.
This was a great opportunity to meet other likeminded people in business and to learn from a leadership guru.
