Round Table Conferences
Pearsons partners Leanne Abela & Joseph Schepis were trained and qualified as mediators and promoted Round Table Conferences as an alternative means to dispute resolution even prior to the legislative changes mandating mediation.
Joe Schepis and Leanne Abela are two of only a handful of Family Lawyers who completed a Graduate Diploma in Family Law Mediation. For specialist advice on Roundtable Conferences call our experienced team for you first FREE appointment so you know where you stand.

Round Table Conferences
Litigation in Court is always a last resort unless there is an urgent situation which requires a Court Order. We have skills and decades of experience in negotiating matters at Round Table Conferences which we can organise between solicitors who represent parties.
Round Table Conferences give both parties an opportunity “to be heard” on a confidential basis and to resolve the matter by way of discussion with their solicitors’ present. We also have facilities at our Melbourne CBD and Glenroy offices to accommodate the Round Table Conference and all parties with their legal representatives.
