Pearsons Solicitors were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to attend Foley’s Family Law Seminar “Family Reports: Love Them, Hate Them, How to Make Use of Them”. The event was held at the RACV Club and Chaired by The Honourable Justice Strum (Division 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia). The speakers were a range of very experienced Barristers and the topics included:
- Examining psychometric tests and other like assessment tool in Reports
- Responding to reports with recommendations that have no forensic foundation
- The qualitative difference between 7/7 and 9/5 or 8/6 configurations of time with children
