On the 3rd of September 2023, Director/Partner Leanne Abela, Senior Associate Deborah Sim, and Associate Solicitor Brenda Ling had the distinct privilege of delivering a presentation to the Australasian Business Women’s Association. The event took place at Pearsons’ city office, and it was attended by approximately 30 esteemed guests.
During this engaging seminar, a wide range of topics was explored. These included discussions on Wills and Estates, Binding Financial Agreements, definitions of marriage and de facto relationships, strategies for safeguarding assets against family law claims, and the sharing of intriguing anecdotes from notable cases in these domains.
The event was marked by lively discussions, a delectable light lunch, and a delightful afternoon tea. The audience was actively engaged, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and networking. Interactions with this dynamic and professional group of women made for a memorable and enriching afternoon.
