Today, we celebrate 25 years of continuous service at Pearsons Lawyers by Lisa Wise.
There have been many changes to the legal firm Pearsons itself, and Lisa Wise has been there throughout all of them. She has adapted to the changes in technology, the changes in partnership over the years, and the opening of additional offices.
Lisa’s role started in the year 2000 as a Personal Assistant/Secretary to Partner Joseph Schepis and changed over the years to supporting both Joe and Leanne in a secretarial role, and then being responsible for all of the family law settlements, verification of identities, pivot to PEXA, developing precedents for lawyers and for the rest of the staff.
She is also instrumental in training all newcomers to the firm on the way in which we manage files. Lisa is instrumental to the culture of the firm, and her kindness and loyalty are a benchmark she sets for everyone who is part of the Pearsons family.
It has been a privilege to work with her over the years and to consider her as part of the Pearsons family, as we have journeyed through all of the personal and professional milestones with her.
