We were enlightened on the topics of:
- Tax effective wills.
- How to provide for spouses and children in second and third relationships/marriages.
- How a well – drafted will can not only protect assets, but also save hundreds of thousands of dollars for the beneficiaries who are loved ones receiving after your death.
- The topic of a corporate and detailed powers of attorney was also covered.
