On Thursday 18th September 2025, Leanne Abela, Deborah Sim and Brenda Ling, solicitors of the Pearsons Family Law team, attended an event on discovering the power in your personality and how to use it wisely.
The event explored the ways in which personality shapes how we lead, collaborate and connect with colleagues, clients and the world around us.
We learned that when we understand our personality we unlock a powerful tool for growth, communication and influence. The learning enhanced self–awareness, strengthened interpersonal skills and leveraged personality for growth and impact. Speaker Will Heine, who has over 20 years’ experience in senior management led the discussion which was really interesting and informative.
