De’Arne has a Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Throughout her studies, she gained extensive experience working exclusively in Family Law as a paralegal, providing support across a broad range of matters, and she has continued to practise solely in this area since her Admission to practice.
De’Arne has experience assisting clients with parenting and property disputes, spousal maintenance, divorce applications, and binding financial agreements. She is also skilled in matters involving family violence and ensures that she always provides clients with comprehensive advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
Passionate about supporting clients through emotionally challenging times, De’Arne approaches each matter with compassion, integrity, and care. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with other members of the Pearsons team to ensure that every client’s matter is handled strategically and effectively. De’Arne is committed to keeping clients informed and supported throughout the legal process, helping them navigate the complexities of Family Law with confidence and clarity.
