Amanda is a Partner at Pearsons Lawyers. Amanda has a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce double degree. .

Amanda is passionate about Family Law and practices exclusively in this area. She is committed to keeping her clients informed at every stage of their matter and understands that commencing negotiations after separating  can be a stressful and emotional experience for clients. Amanda strives to provide practical guidance and support while working toward the best possible outcomes for her clients efficiently and cost effectively.

She has extensive experience in complex property and parenting matters, including matters involving parenting arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance and binding financial agreements. A confident and persuasive advocate, Amanda regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as in the Magistrates’ Court for Intervention Order matters, ensuring her clients’ interests are strongly represented in both negotiation and litigation settings. She has a decade of experience exposed to a variety of complex matters.

Known for her pragmatic and strategic approach, Amanda works closely with clients to deliver tailored advice and achieve the best possible outcomes in all matters. She has a “no nonsense” direct approach and communication style.
