Venus Pham

Venus graduated from La Trobe University with a double degree in Law and Criminology.

During her studies, Venus gained valuable experience working part-time and interning at a Community Legal Centre, where she assisted clients from diverse backgrounds with a range of legal issues. Before joining Pearsons Lawyers, she worked as a solicitor at a family law firm, focusing primarily on parenting matters for clients supported by Victoria Legal Aid. She also has experience in Family Violence Intervention Orders and matters before the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT).

Venus’s experience across these broad areas, representing clients from all walks of life,  has given her a deep understanding of the emotional and practical complexities that arise from relationship breakdowns, particularly when children are involved. She approaches each matter with empathy, care, and professionalism, ensuring that her clients feel supported and informed throughout the process. Her patience is a quality many clients are appreciative of.

Venus has a solid understanding and experience in financial and property matters and is able to effectively explain and communicate appropriate division of assets to clients. A confident and persuasive advocate, Venus regularly appears in court and is committed to representing her clients’ interests with strength and integrity. She is passionate about achieving positive outcomes and providing tailored, realistic advice that helps clients navigate their family law matters with clarity and confidence. Her persistence, professionalism, and advocacy skills reflect her genuine care for the people she represents.

Outside of work, Venus has a love for food and enjoys spending time going to restaurants, spending quality time with family, Muay Thai and snowboarding.
