Hope is a Solicitor at Pearsons and has practised exclusively in Wills and Estates throughout her legal career.
During her studies, Hope gained extensive experience as a legal assistant in a large firm specialising in estate litigation, assisting across a broad range of complex estate disputes. Prior to joining Pearsons, she worked as a law graduate specialising in estate litigation and probate and administration matters. Since her admission to practice, she has continued to focus exclusively on Wills and Estates law.
Hope assists clients across a range of Wills and Estates matters, including Part IV family provision claims, estate disputes, applications for probate and letters of administration, administration and distribution of deceased estates, and the preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney documents.
Hope understands that estate matters often arise during some of the most difficult periods in a person’s life. Whether clients are grieving the loss of a loved one while administering their estate, or involved in a family dispute over an estate, she is committed to providing compassionate support and clear, practical advice. She takes the time to explain legal concepts and processes in straightforward terms, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the course of their matter.

Outside of work, Hope enjoys reading, travelling, strength training, and spending time with family and friends.
