Cheree has completed a Bachelor of Law and holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience in family law, migration law, and tenancy law.

Cheree commenced her legal career with Pearsons Lawyers as a paralegal and has since progressed to practising as a solicitor. She brings dedication, professionalism, and genuine care to every matter. With experience in family law, Cheree is well equipped to guide and support clients through what is often one of the most challenging and emotionally sensitive periods of their lives.

Through her work in family law, Cheree has gained a strong understanding of legal advocacy and court processes, supporting clients through emotionally challenging matters. Prior to working in family law, she has also assisted clients experiencing hardship in tenancy disputes, providing clear guidance and ongoing support throughout VCAT proceedings, assisting clients with visa applications and visa related issues and helped clients understand the complexities of the Australian immigration system with confidence. This breadth of experience has strengthened her ability to manage sensitive matters, communicate legal issues in a clear and practical manner, and support clients through periods of uncertainty which are all skills that are directly applicable to family law practice.

Known for her empathetic nature, Cheree is experienced in working with clients who require additional patience and care, including those dealing with sensitive or emotionally charged matters.
