Aidan is a dedicated and pragmatic family lawyer who understands that every client’s situation is unique. He takes a strategic yet compassionate approach to resolving family law matters, ensuring his clients feel supported while working toward the best possible outcome.
Aidan obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Science from Monash University, and his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Since being admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and in the High Court of Australia, and with a current practicing certificate, he has worked predominately in family law, handling cases involving parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce, intervention orders and more. He also has experience appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, advocating confidently for his clients.
Known for his clear communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Aidan works closely with his clients to guide them through what can often be a difficult time in their lives. While he always aims to resolve matters efficiently, he is prepared to litigate when necessary.
Outside of work, Aidan has a passion for entrepreneurship, UX/UI design, web design, graphic design and fitness. He enjoys watching and playing soccer, staying active and spending time with friends and family.
