Venus graduated from La Trobe University with a double degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

During her studies, Venus worked part-time and interned at a Community Legal Centre. Prior to joining Pearsons Lawyers, Venus worked as a solicitor at a family law firm, focusing on parenting matters for clients on a Grant of Victoria Legal Aid. In addition to family law matters, Venus also has experience in dealing with Family Violence Intervention Order matters and Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) matters. 

Venus’s experience provides her with a solid background in appreciating the complexities of relationship breakdowns and the impact on children. Venus’s experience in family law matters and persistence in delivering for her clients promotes a strong passion and eagerness to carefully assess each individual matter in a tailored and professional approach. 

Interests

Outside of work, Venus has a love for food and enjoys spending time going to restaurants, spending quality time with family, Muay Thai and snowboarding.
