On Thursday 25 November 2021 Leanne Abela and Benita Crocker from Pearsons presented to the CPA Eastern Suburbs Discussion Group Inc at their 31st Anniversary Conference at the RACV Cape Schanck. The presentation covered any relevant topics for the Group including:
- How Accountants & Financial Advisors can advise their clients regarding asset protection in the event of a separation or when entering the relationship;
- Advising how to response to a subpoena to give evidence or produce documents;
- When does a conflict of interest arise when the clients you are presenting separate.
