Brie is a family lawyer who has practiced solely in the area of family law her entire career. Brie applies her detailed understanding and knowledge of the law in a very pragmatic way to negotiate a settlement where possible and to otherwise achieve a desired and excellent outcome for the client in any Court proceedings as a result of failed negotiations.
Brie has a great instinct for the practice of family law and is skilled in guiding people through this difficult period of their lives.
Brie has particular expertise in the area of children’s matters, financial and property cases, Binding Financial Agreements, family violence and Intervention Order matters. Brie is well versed in the dynamics, strategies required and complexities that are linked to the issues which arise when parties separate. Brie is able to clearly explain to clients matters pertaining to their case by way of identifying relevant aspects of the law at a very early stage during the first interview. Brie is clear in her advice and tailors her communication style to ensure clients best understand their legal position and the legal options available to them.
